Job description

Summary

The Power Platform Developerย plays a critical role in enabling Mattr's business performance by leading and delivering scalable, secure, and standardized Power Platform solutions. Reporting to the Manager, Development - DevOps, this role serves as the subject matter expert for Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, and API development, translating business requirements into well-architected technical solutions that support enterprise-wide initiatives and operational excellence.

Salary: $65,600 - $90,000

Responsibilities

  • Lead and contribute to the delivery of Power Platform development projects, ensuring timely completion of business-requested reports and applications.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to communicate project direction, align priorities, and ensure DevOps solutions continue to meet evolving business needs.
  • Gather and analyze requirements from stakeholders across the organization and design fit-for-purpose technical solutions.
  • Architect, develop, and deploy Power Platform solutions, ensuring security, standardization, and documentation best practices are applied.
  • Present completed solutions to key stakeholders and business leaders to support adoption and decision-making.
  • Lead code and application review sessions, providing ongoing feedback to ensure solution quality and maintainability.
  • Provide technical support to internal customers and stakeholders for deployed solutions.
  • Explore, evaluate, and recommend new technologies and tools that enhance DevOps capabilities and outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent Microsoft certifications in relevant disciplines.
  • Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
  • At least 1+ year of experience in API development using scripting languages such as PowerShell.
  • Working knowledge of web development languages such as JavaScript is highly desirable.
  • Experience working with ERP and CRM systems is strongly preferred.
  • Experience with Microsoft Windows operating systems and Microsoft Azure is preferred.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to shifting business priorities.
  • Ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders at all organizational levels.
