Data Analyst | SQL | Power BI | Excel | Retail & E-Commerce (1-3 Years Experience)

About the Role

AaraTech Inc is seeking a motivated Data Analyst to support reporting, analytics, and business intelligence initiatives for Retail & E-Commerce operations. In this role, you will analyze sales, customer, and transactional data, develop interactive dashboards, generate KPI reports, and provide actionable insights to support business decisions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve reporting accuracy, identify trends, and optimize business performance. This opportunity is ideal for early-career professionals looking to build expertise in data analytics and business intelligence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze retail, e-commerce, sales, and customer datasets to identify business trends.
  • Write SQL queries to extract, clean, validate, and analyze large datasets.
  • Build and maintain interactive dashboards using Power BI or Tableau.
  • Develop KPI reports and business performance dashboards.
  • Perform data validation, data quality checks, and data reconciliation.
  • Create recurring and ad-hoc reports for business stakeholders.
  • Analyze sales performance, revenue, customer behavior, and conversion metrics.
  • Assist with data cleaning, transformation, and documentation.
