Job description

As an IBM Maximo & Power BI Administrator, you will support the effective management of maintenance and asset data while delivering actionable reporting solutions that enhance operational performance. You will collaborate with operations, maintenance, engineering, and reliability teams to ensure data integrity, optimize maintenance processes, and provide meaningful business intelligence across mission critical semiconductor facilities.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain asset hierarchies, locations, systems, and equipment records within IBM Maximo.
  • Configure, maintain, and optimize Preventive Maintenance (PM) schedules.
  • Create and maintain Job Plans, Routes, Safety Plans, and Work Orders.
  • Manage asset criticality, maintenance classifications, and equipment master data.
  • Ensure consistent equipment naming conventions and data accuracy across the Maximo platform.
  • Administer Maximo user accounts, permissions, and security groups.
  • Monitor Maximo system performance and support upgrades, enhancements, and ongoing optimization.
  • Troubleshoot Maximo issues and provide technical support to end users.
  • Support integration between IBM Maximo and Building Management Systems (BMS), SCADA, historians, ERP systems, and other connected platforms where applicable.
  • Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards to monitor maintenance KPIs, including PM compliance, PM schedule attainment, work order completion, maintenance backlog, emergency work percentage, reactive versus planned maintenance, and schedule compliance.
  • Create Power BI dashboards to track reliability metrics, including MTBF, MTTR, equipment availability, failure trends, asset criticality, and bad actor equipment.
  • Develop operational dashboards that provide visibility into system uptime, equipment health, downtime analysis, alarm trends, and overall asset performance.
  • Build workforce performance dashboards highlighting labor utilization, craft productivity, overtime, contractor performance, and technician workload.
  • Design executive-level dashboards and KPI scorecards that provide insights into site health, cost trends, reliability trends, operational readiness, and key risk indicators.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure reporting solutions support business objectives and operational decision-making.
  • Maintain reporting standards, data accuracy, and dashboard documentation.
  • Any other duties or responsibilities that may be assigned to you in your role.
Skills Required:
  • Strong knowledge of IBM Maximo Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) administration.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI dashboard development and data visualization.
  • Experience managing asset data, preventive maintenance programs, and maintenance workflows.
  • Understanding of maintenance and reliability KPIs, including MTBF, MTTR, equipment availability, and PM compliance.
  • Familiarity with Building Management Systems (BMS), SCADA, historians, and ERP system integrations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret operational data.
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills across multidisciplinary teams.
  • Ability to troubleshoot system issues and provide end-user support.
  • Experience working within mission critical or semiconductor environments is preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced operational environment.
Education / Licenses / Certifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field preferred.
  • IBM Maximo certification preferred.
  • Microsoft Power BI certification preferred.
  • Experience within mission critical or semiconductor facilities preferred.
  • Proof of education, licenses, and certifications will be required where applicable
