Overview

The Senior Systems Administrator is responsible for the configuration, maintenance, support, and ongoing optimization of the organization's business application portfolio. This role will play an integral part in implementing solutions that address complex business challenges and improve operational efficiency. The position will support a range of critical enterprise systems, including ERP platform Workday, supply chain and business systems, AP automation, OneStream for financial consolidation, budgeting, and planning. 

Pay Range: $84,000 - $111,000

Responsibilities
  • Application Support, Maintenance of our Business Applications including but not limited to:
    • Workday ERP 
    • ERP's - PeopleSoft 9.2 Financials/Supply Chain and Great Plains
    • Patching/Security Updates to all applications in Portfolio
    • Monthly Maintenance activities over 2nd weekend of each month
    • Two weeks on call Rotation
Qualifications

Education / Experience

  • High School Diploma (required)
  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred)
  • Minimum of five (5) to seven (7) years of progressive enterprise systems administration experience (required)
  • Experience with Workday Financials ERP (required) 
  • Experience supporting enterprise-scale environments, including organizations with 1,000+ users
  • Strong experience with scripting, automation, PowerShell, SQL, and Azure DevOps 
  • Experience with Fresh service ITSM or similar service management platforms 
  • Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate
  • Experience with scheduling tools such as Calendly and Microsoft Bookings
  • Experience with contract lifecycle management platforms such as Ironclad CLM 
  • Experience supporting ERP systems, including PeopleSoft and Great Plains
  • Experience supporting financial applications such as OneStream, FloQast, Stampli, or similar platforms
