Job Summary:

They are seeking a Marketing Analytics and Reporting Analyst who will be responsible for executing advanced marketing analysis, building reporting infrastructure, and delivering reliable performance insights across the marketing funnel.
Responsibilities:
• Design, build, and maintain scalable Power BI dashboards that provide visibility into full-funnel marketing performance
• Write complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data from multiple sources
• Translate large, complex datasets into intuitive, business-ready reporting solutions
• Standardize reporting frameworks to ensure consistency, accuracy, and usability across teams
• Reduce ad-hoc reporting needs by developing durable, self-service dashboards
• Conduct in-depth analysis of marketing channel performance, lead generation, conversion metrics, and ROI
• Identify trends, performance drivers, and optimization opportunities
• Develop actionable insights that improve efficiency and effectiveness across the marketing lifecycle

• Strong understanding of business metrics and performance measurement frameworks
• Ability to communicate technical findings effectively to non-technical stakeholders
