Required Skills
•    8+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or Data Warehousing.
•    Strong expertise in: 
•    Power BI Desktop
•    Power BI Service
•    DAX
•    Power Query (M)
•    Data Modeling
•    Advanced SQL skills, including complex queries, stored procedures, and performance tuning.
•    Strong understanding of dimensional modeling, star schema, and data warehousing concepts.
•    Experience implementing Row-Level Security (RLS) and Power BI deployment best practices.
•    Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
•    Strong communication and stakeholder management experience.
Preferred Skills
•    Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL, or Snowflake.
•    Knowledge of CI/CD and version control for Power BI deployments.
