Job Overview

We are seeking experienced M&A Associates to contribute their legal expertise to an innovative AI-focused project. The role involves reviewing complex M&A and corporate legal matters, conducting legal research, evaluating AI-generated legal content, and providing expert feedback to improve accuracy and quality.

No prior AI experience is required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and analyze M&A transactions, contracts, and legal scenarios.
  • Conduct legal research across M&A, corporate law, private equity, and litigation.
  • Evaluate AI-generated legal content for accuracy, clarity, completeness, and legal reasoning.
  • Identify key legal principles, risks, inconsistencies, and potential issues.
  • Provide expert feedback to improve AI-generated legal outputs.
  • Draft, edit, and clarify complex legal concepts in an accessible manner.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in a fully remote environment.
  • Participate in quality assurance and content review processes.
  • Apply legal best practices to support continuous improvement of project deliverables.
Required Qualifications
  • US-qualified attorney with strong experience in M&A and corporate transactions.
