Member Services Representative

We are seeking a Member Services Representative to join our team. This role is essential in delivering excellent customer service by assisting members with account inquiries, processing payments, and handling service-related requests. The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide friendly and professional customer service in person and over the phone
  • Answer incoming calls and assist with account inquiries and service requests
  • Process payments accurately and balance transactions daily
  • Assist with billing questions, deposits, fees, and account updates
  • Utilize internal systems to manage member accounts and document interactions
  • Prepare service orders, reports, and basic correspondence with accuracy
  • Maintain organized records, files, and documentation
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure timely service delivery
  • Handle sensitive member information with confidentiality
  • Support team operations and assist with additional duties as needed
