What does a Member Services Representative Overnight do?

A Member Services Representative Overnight is responsible for assisting members of a facility, such as a gym or credit union, during the overnight hours. Their duties often include greeting members, answering questions, managing check-ins, handling transactions, and providing customer support. They ensure the facility remains safe, clean, and welcoming, and may also address any issues or emergencies that arise during their shift. This role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a willingness to work non-traditional hours.
