Job Summary:

As a Field Sales Representative Intern, you will be the helping the Field Sales Representative in our local communities, representing our technology services through direct, door-to-door engagement with residents. This role focuses on building connections at the doorstep - educating customers and generating interest.

In addition to door-to-door outreach, you will support community engagement efforts by distributing sales and marketing materials, attending local festivals and events, generating leads for our retail and business channels, and driving sales opportunities across a variety of community settings. Success in this position depends on your energy, confidence, communication skills, and selfmotivation.

 Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Prospect, Promote, and Qualify:  Participate in community events to promote and sell Cellcom technology products and services.
  • Distribute Sales & Marketing Materials: Generate qualified leads for retail and business channels through strategic, doortodoor distribution.
  • Achieve KPI Goals: Consistently meet or exceed individual performance and KPI expectations.
  • Attend Events: Represent Cellcom at festivals, community events, and popup opportunities to showcase and sell our products.
  • Ensure Customer Satisfaction: Follow up on leads and completed sales to ensure a positive customer experience
  • Deliver Equipment: Provide customers with required equipment and devices when necessary.
  • Stay Informed: Maintain current knowledge of systems, procedures, and new internet, voice, and wireless technologies.
  • Follow Procedures: Adhere to all compliance requirements, including customer identification, information privacy, documentation accuracy, and doortodoor protocols.
  • Additional Duties: Perform other responsibilities as assigned to support team and company goals.

Requirements:

  • High school education or equivalent required. 
  • Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
  • Proven ability to sell face-to-face, whether at events, door-to-door, or in retail locations
