Position Overview:

We are seeking a Regional Medical Director (Psychiatrist) to oversee clinical operations within a designated region. This leadership role includes supervising a multidisciplinary behavioral health team and providing high-quality, individualized psychiatric care. Our Regional Medical Director will provide evidenced based mental health treatment, participate in care planning meetings, and work closely with psychiatric nurse practitioners (NPs) as well as licensed independent social workers (LISWs).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee regional clinical operations, ensuring excellence in care delivery.
  • Lead a multidisciplinary team, including NPs, social workers, psychologists, and counselors.
