Medical Receptionist Requirements/Qualifications

  • Previous medical receptionist, front desk, or medical office experience preferred.
  • Strong computer skills and ability to enter patient information accurately.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced medical office environment.
  • Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems is preferred.
  • Experience with NexGen EMR is a plus but not required.
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
