Job Description Program Overview The Army National Guard (ARNG) Enterprise Network Operations and Cybersecurity Support (ENOCS) program delivers comprehensive enterprise IT infrastructure, WAN, cybersecurity, and associated services to the ARNG and its mission partners. The program supports more than 120,000 users and 141,000 endpoints across approximately 2,800 sites spanning 54 states and territories, enabling Title 10 and Title 32 missions, domestic emergency response operations, mobilization readiness, and classified SIPRNet operations. Please Note: This position is contingent upon contract award.

Task 5 - Training Support - ensures ARNG personnel and G6 organizational staff maintain the knowledge and proficiency required to effectively operate and utilize enterprise IT systems, products, and services delivered under the ENOCS Task Order ENOCS TOR_2_25....968788.pdf. This task area is responsible for enterprise training capability development and delivery, daily training environment operations, student account management, and the development of instructional media and training videos aligned with product releases and system updates across the ARNG enterprise. Position Summary ECS is seeking a Training Media Developer - Journeyman to support the Army National Guard's ENOCS program by producing and updating high-quality training media assets.

The selected candidate will play a crucial role in developing instructional videos, visual demonstrations, and digital graphics, ensuring that all media aligns with current production baselines and Government-approved updates. This role is integral to enhancing the effectiveness of training delivery methods, both instructor-led and online, and maintaining the integrity of media documentation and version control. Responsibilities * Develop and update instructional videos and digital graphics using approved scripts and curriculum guidance.

* Edit and format media content to support both instructor-led and online training delivery methods. * Ensure all media reflects current production baselines and incorporates Government-approved updates. * Maintain version control and documentation for all media artifacts in accordance with enterprise standards.

* Coordinate with Training Development Specialists to align media with enterprise training objectives. * Validate the accuracy of media content against system updates and production baselines. * Archive media artifacts and document updates following configuration management procedures.

* Collaborate with team members to enhance the quality and effectiveness of training media. Required Skills Required Qualifications * Clearance: Secret Eligible required * S.
