In this role, you will be a critical part of day-to-day support across all team functions: administrative, strategic, creative, executional, production.
The Manager, Strategy (Content & Emerging Media) is responsible for working with the content team in the development and execution of brand stories, campaigns, and partnerships. In this position, you will collaborate across disciplines to translate business goals and brand ethos into bespoke brand stories. Encompassing partner proposal evaluations, concept development, project management, negotiation, creative, production, activation, and optimization across campaigns.
With the support from the Senior Director, Content & Emerging Media, the Manager will act as the point-of-contact for program execution with partners (internally and externally); manage executional elements like development and adherence to timelines, project management, asset reviews, client feedback, approvals, and management, support stewarding of legal documents both internally and externally.
Responsibilities:
• Support brief and concept development, negotiation, legal, creative.
• Assist with build-out and formatting of materials, overview decks, evaluations, campaign kick-off materials, et al.
• Contribute to brainstorms and ideation sessions; support team in idea development and build-out of program opportunities. Proactively seek out creative partners and collaborations.
• Critical Administrative Support: notetaking, scheduling and leading meetings, ability to distill conversations into clear next steps, maintain timelines, manage and update client-facing and internal status documents, and review contracts.
• Industry/Landscape Education: Inform the team: Stay on top of current content, storytelling, and technology trends and how those may impact the client business or our team; share informal information/links with the team as well as deeper POVs.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Relationship Development: Internal and across partners.
