Job description

Position Summary
ECS is seeking a Training Media Developer - Senior to support the Army National Guard (ARNG) ENOCS program. In this role, the selected candidate will lead the development of comprehensive training media for ARNG G6 systems and applications. The position involves creating video instruction, demonstration recordings, digital job aids, and blended learning materials that align with Government-accepted software releases. The candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that all training media accurately reflects the current production environment and adheres to TRADOC standards and accessibility requirements. This role is integral to translating complex system functionalities into clear, mission-relevant visual instructions that support both instructor-led and self-paced learning models.
Please Note: This position is contingent upon contract award.
Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of enterprise training media for ARNG G6 systems and applications.
  • Design and produce video-based instruction, demonstration recordings, and digital job aids.
  • Collaborate with Business Systems Analysts and Training Development Specialists to ensure media accuracy.
  • Ensure all media products meet TRADOC standards and Section 508 accessibility requirements.
  • Oversee the media lifecycle management, including updates and version control.
  • Coordinate the alignment of training materials with Government-accepted software releases.
  • Validate instructional content against current production environments.
  • Translate technical system functionalities into clear, mission-relevant visual instructions.
  • Maintain enterprise quality control measures for all training media products.

Required Qualifications
  • Clearance: Secret Eligible required
  • S. Citizenship required
  • Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or related discipline, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in developing enterprise training and digital media solutions within DoD or Federal environments
  • Proven experience in leading the development of training media for complex systems and applications
  • Ability to design structured media content for both instructor-led and self-paced delivery models
  • Experience in ensuring compliance with TRADOC standards and Section 508 accessibility requirements
  • Demonstrated oversight of media lifecycle management and alignment with system changes
