Job Summary

We are looking for a driven, relationship-focused sales professional to help expand our broker network and increase deal flow. This role functions as an ISO Representative, focused on recruiting independent brokers, nurturing long-term partnerships, and driving consistent submissions of business loans and merchant cash advances (MCAs).

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who wants to build a book of client relationships, develop deep knowledge of alternative lending, and grow their earning potential in a high-impact, sales-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

Recruit, onboard, and manage independent brokers (ISOs) nationwide

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with brokers and referral partners

Drive consistent deal flow by sourcing qualified MCA submissions

Serve as the primary point of contact for brokers throughout the funding process

Educate partners on Neto Capital’s products, guidelines, and funding programs

Track submissions, pipeline activity, and performance using CRM tools

Collaborate closely with underwriting and sales teams to efficiently close deals
