About the Role This is a sales role for someone who knows how to dial with purpose — leads are provided, so you're never starting from zero. Backed by a fully built-out backend and hands-on training, you'll have everything you need to hit the ground running. If you're hungry, coachable, and motivated by uncapped commission, this is your seat.


Key Responsibilities

Sales & Deal Closing

  • Cold call provided leads to pitch and close Merchant Cash Advance deals
  • Manage the full sales cycle from first call to funded deal

Client Management

  • Build rapport with business owners and guide them through the MCA process
  • Maintain consistent follow-up to move deals forward

Growth & Development

  • Participate in training to learn the MCA space and sharpen your sales skills
  • Continuously improve call performance and conversion rates

Qualifications

  • Highly motivated, hungry, and not afraid to pick up the phone
