Job description

About Us
MCA Remedium helps merchant cash advance (MCA) holders regain control of cash flow and business stability through specialized restructuring programs. We combine financial expertise, rapid onboarding, and compassionate client service to deliver outcomes that preserve businesses and improve long-term viability.

The Role

We’re hiring a Senior Sales Executive to generate new business by prospecting company leads and enrolling clients into our MCA restructuring program. You’ll manage the full remote sales cycle: identify high-fit prospects, build trusted relationships with business owners and advisors via calls, email, and text, explain complex solutions clearly, and close enrollment agreements that set up successful restructurings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect, qualify, and nurture B2B leads (financially stressed merchants, brokers, and referral partners) across remote channels: cold calling, email outreach, and SMS/text campaigns.
  • Conduct consultative sales conversations via phone/video to assess needs, explain MCA Remedium’s restructuring options, and position appropriate solutions.
  • Present proposals, negotiate terms, and close enrollments while maintaining compliance and accurate documentation.
  • Coordinate remotely with onboarding, underwriting, and operations teams to ensure smooth handoffs and successful program starts.
  • Track pipeline and activity in CRM; forecast sales and meet/exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Build and grow virtual referral networks with brokers, CPAs, attorneys, and lenders.
  • Mentor junior sales staff and contribute to process improvements, playbooks, and training materials.
  • Represent MCA Remedium professionally in remote meetings and virtual industry events.

What Success Looks Like

  • Consistent quota attainment and predictable pipeline growth.
  • High conversion rates from qualified lead → enrolled client.
  • Smooth client handoffs with low churn and positive customer satisfaction.
  • Strong, mutually beneficial referral partnerships.

Compensation & Opportunities (Commission Only)

  • Uncapped commission.
  • Residual revenue.
  • Monthly performance bonuses and accelerators.
  • No Clawbacks!
  • Flexible & fully remote work.
  • Opportunity to grow into a leadership position.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years B2B sales experience, preferably selling financial services (Merchant Cash Advances), restructuring, or alternative finance products (Business).
  • Proven track record of closing mid-size commercial deals and managing complex sales cycles remotely.
  • Exceptional consultative selling, negotiation, and relationship-building skills via phone/email/text.
  • Comfortable discussing financial details and explaining program structures.
  • CRM proficiency (Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) and disciplined pipeline management.
  • Self-starter, highly organized, and results-driven, able to work independently and as part of a cross-functional remote team.
  • Strong ethics and commitment to transparent client communication.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
