Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties as assigned by supervisors.
  • Attend and complete miscellaneous training.
  • Be aware and provide a safe environment for all staff and students.
  • Mentor and provide conflict resolution.
  • Follow MCA's Policies and Procedures.
  • Cooperate with administration in implementing all policies, procedures, and directives governing the operation of the school.
  • Utilize educational opportunities and evaluation processes for professional growth.
  • Maintain a personal appearance that is a role model of cleanliness, modesty, good taste, and in agreement with school philosophy.
  • Contribute to the general improvement of the program.

Desired qualifications may include experience working with students, social/emotional aptitude, and good communication skills.
