  • Partner with internal stakeholders (A&R, Marketing, Digital, Commerce, Analytics, Audience Development, Artist Teams, and JV Label Partners) to align streaming initiatives with broader company goals.
  • Work closely with the SVP, Commerce and Finance teams to forecast and manage budgets, and deliver on streaming revenue and consumption targets.
  • Analyze DSP and internal analytics to set projections, define KPIs, track performance, and identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Drive pre-save/pre-add campaigns and post-release strategies to maximize both first-week impact and long-term consumption throughout the release cycle.
  • Collaborate with UMG's Central Teams and international markets to ensure best practices, global optimization, and ex-US growth strategies.
  • Communicate streaming goals, insights, and opportunities across MCA departments, to artist/management teams, and to DSP partners.
  • Utilize DSP partnerships to beta test new product offerings, pilot innovative marketing ideas, and capitalize on new platform initiatives.
  • Lead internal education on streaming strategy, establishing standard processes, clear goals, and scalable frameworks across MCA.
  • Represent MCA at industry events, partner meetings, and artist shows to strengthen relationships and advocate for label priorities.
  • Ensure all streaming strategies and communications reflect MCA's brand standards, legal requirements, and commitment to artists.

Bring your VIBE:

  • 7+ years of music industry experience, including 3+ years working directly with major DSPs.
  • Deep knowledge of DSP platforms and the global streaming landscape.
  • Strong understanding of the digital supply chain, metadata management, and their impact on DSP releases.

  • Knowledge of Country and adjacent genres, including Folk, Americana, and Christian Music.
  • Proficiency with Chartmetric, Luminate/MusicConnect, and DSP "for Artists" analytics platforms.
  • Exceptional organization, prioritization, and time management skills, with a proven track record of exceeding goals and meeting deadlines.
  • Strong executive presence with proven communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
