Team Lead / Team Manager (MCA Experience Required)

High Rise Capital

Manhattan, NY • On-site

$20.25 - $22.50/hr

Full-time

Re-posted 16 days ago

Job description

Location: In-Person – New York Area
Compensation: Commission + Team Override (High Six-Figure to Seven-Figure Potential)

High Rise Capital is actively expanding and seeking an experienced MCA Team Lead / Team Manager to help build and scale a high-performance sales floor. This is a leadership role for someone who understands the MCA industry at a deep level and can both produce personally and elevate a team.

We are not looking for someone who simply manages spreadsheets — we want a leader who can control the room, drive energy, and step into deals when necessary to get them funded. The right candidate understands underwriting, lender appetite, stacking strategy, and how to position files correctly to maximize approvals.

This position requires someone who leads from the front. You must be comfortable opening deals, handling objections, structuring files, negotiating terms, and closing business — while also coaching reps to do the same at a high level.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a team of MCA sales representatives
• Run daily morning meetings and sales trainings
• Track and enforce KPIs (dials, talk time, submissions, approvals, fundings)
• Assist reps with deal structure and lender placement
• Jump on calls to help close or save deals when needed
• Maintain and grow lender relationships
• Create a competitive, high-accountability production culture

Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

• Minimum 2+ years of direct MCA experience
• Proven record of personal monthly funding production
• Experience handling both clean paper and high-risk files
• Strong understanding of stacking, debt ratios, and underwriting logic
• Ability to open and close deals confidently
• Prior experience managing or mentoring reps preferred
• Comfortable handling large files, including 6- and 7-figure opportunities

Benefits

What We’re Looking For

We want someone who:

• Is competitive and production-driven
• Leads by example
• Can manage multiple personalities
• Thrives under pressure
• Wants to build a serious operation — not just collect a paycheck

Compensation & Opportunity

We offer a competitive base salary for proven managers, along with aggressive commissions on personal production and an override on total team volume. Performance-based bonuses and uncapped earning potential ensure that your income grows as your team scales.

For the right leader, this role represents a legitimate high six-figure to seven-figure opportunity based purely on performance and team development.

You will be operating out of our 12,000 square foot office with capacity for 120 seats. We provide the full infrastructure needed to win — dialer, CRM, data access, lender relationships, and operational support are all in place.

We also have two full-time in-house recruiters dedicated to building sales teams. We will actively help you scale your floor, although candidates who can bring experienced reps with them will have a strong advantage.

If you have real MCA experience and know how to run a sales floor while still closing your own business, we want to speak with you.

To apply, please submit your resume along with:

• Your average monthly production
• The number of reps you’ve managed
• The largest deal you have personally closed

Serious applicants only.
