About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Regional Sales Manager to lead commercial strategy and execution across a diverse, high-growth region. In this role, you will lead a remote sales team (Americas and LATAM), oversee LATAM business development, and manage a strategic key account.

Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, you will play a key role in translating global strategy into regional success—driving sustainable growth, expanding market share, and strengthening customer relationships.

Responsibilities

Drive Strategy & Growth

  • Lead and execute the Americas commercial strategy aligned to global objectives
  • Identify market trends, growth opportunities, and competitive insights
  • Expand sales activities to deliver long-term, profitable growth

Lead & Develop a High-Performing Team

  • Manage, coach, and develop a remote sales team across the region
  • Set clear priorities and build a culture of accountability and performance
  • Support career development and performance management

Manage Key Accounts

  • Own a strategic customer relationship and drive revenue growth
  • Partner with customers to deliver tailored, high-quality solutions
