We are looking for a highly driven, team-oriented self-starter to join our Account Management team! Please explore the job specifics below:

Remodel Health is looking for a proactive, positive, self-starter and a team player with a drive to retain and grow revenue with our strategic broker partners. Specifically, you will be responsible for developing and executing winning strategies with an assigned group of clients and brokerage agencies. By understanding their needs and collaborating with CFOs, HR Directors, and CEOs of organizations, as well as Producers, Account Executives and Account Managers of strategic broker partners, to continue improving their partnership with Remodel Health, you will renew and expand existing revenue for the company. This role will support multiple brokerage agencies and their corresponding client accounts, with approximate annual revenue of $2M+.

Responsibilities:

  • Create trusting relationships with assigned brokerage partners that lead to future quoting opportunities
  • Mine and collect quoting opportunities with assigned broker/agency partners
  • Subject matter expert in all areas (ICHRA, HSA, Off-Exchange, On-Exchange, HRA, etc.)
  • Responsible to evaluate and restrategize our custom solution each year with the client and identify new product solutions to meet identified needs
  • Responsible to plan and organize the annual renewal process for assigned organizations
  • Monitor and provide consultation for compliance measures of assigned organizations
  • Expectation to build relationships and customer loyalty that lead to referrals
  • Work in partnership with our sales division to set expectations and the timeline for onboarding an organization
  • Provide ongoing training, support, and education for the Broker, HR Director, CFO, and executive stakeholders
  • Responsible to provide monthly updates on each account to Director
  • Quarterly meetings with assigned agencies and organizations built around an annual retention goal

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience managing clients with greater than $50,000 in annual revenue
  • Professional experience in health insurance or health-tech preferred
  • Proven consultative sales skills with the ability to hit or exceed sales quota
  • Experience working with brokerage agencies preferred
  • Ability to articulate value proposition to C-Level, Finance, and HR executives
  • Currently hold or willingness to obtain a Health and Life Producer License
