Your Role: Manufacturing Operations Scheduler

As the Manufacturing Operations Scheduler, you'll partner with cross functional teams to ensure the smooth execution and coordination of tech-agenda, maintenance, and production activities on the operations floor. You'll represent operations as a partner for supply chain planning, and support the assurance of preparedness for daily activities within operations.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Represent operations through planning, coordinating, preparing tech and production activities

  • Coordinate with maintenance preventative and corrective work orders

  • Support process teams through floor scheduling and documentation review

  • Uphold strong safety and quality culture

  • Support manufacturing through operational mentorship and technical coaching

What You Need to Succeed (minimum qualifications):

  • Education: High school Diploma or greater

  • Experience: 3 years experience within manufacturing

What will give you a competitive edge (preferred qualifications):

  • Proven technical writing capability

  • 3+ years experience within GMP, animal health pharmaceutical manufacturing

  • SAP experience

  • Cross-functional team work

  • Strong coaching/mentorship skills

  • Understanding of full life cycle biologic manufacturing operations

Additional Information:

  • Travel:occasional <10%

  • Location: Elwood, KS

  • The Elwood manufacturing facility is a 24/7/365 operation. This role has standard business hours and can anticipate occasional off-hour support needs.
