Production Planner & Scheduler

Role Overview
The Production Planner & Scheduler โ€“ We are seeking a Planner & Scheduler to support production planning, scheduling, and shipping coordination to ensure efficient operations and on-time customer deliveries. This role works closely with production, warehouse, and logistics teams to maintain smooth workflow from manufacturing through dispatch.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain detailed production schedules for Production lines (SMT, THT, testing, and final assembly)
  • Align production plans with customer demand, engineering changes, and material availability
  • Monitor shop-floor execution and adjust schedules to address capacity constraints, line balancing, and priority changes
  • Collaborate with supply chain to ensure timely availability of electronic components and kits
  • Track WIP, finished goods, and schedule adherence; identify risks to on-time delivery
  • Plan and coordinate shipment schedules in line with production completion and customer requirements
  • Maintain accurate planning data, routings, and work orders in ERP/MRP systems
  • Prepare production reports, capacity plans, and delivery status updates
  • Monitor finished goods inventory and shipping readiness

Qualifications

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree Industrial Engineering/ Electronics/ Manufacturing, or related field.
  • understanding of manufacturing processes (Preferred)
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced electronics manufacturing environment

Preferred Experience

  • Experience in EMS (Electronics Manufacturing Services) environment
  • Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, capacity planning, and demand-driven scheduling
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (EPICOR)
