Job description

Step into a role where your planning decisions directly shape how a manufacturing operation performs. As a Materials & Planning Analyst, you’ll drive the flow of materials, optimize production execution, and influence key outcomes like delivery, efficiency, and yield. If you enjoy solving complex production challenges this role is for you.


What You’ll Do

  • Create and adjust production schedules aligned to demand, capacity, and customer promise dates
  • Decide how and where material flows through multiple processing lines
  • Sequence and assign work to maximize throughput and minimize downtime
  • Optimize material usage, yield, and scrap reduction
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve conflicts between demand, capacity, and supply
  • Use SAP, MES, and data analysis to continuously improve planning performance


What You Bring

  • Experience in production planning, scheduling, or materials management or relevant education - Open to all experience levels
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, routing, and capacity planning
  • ERP/MRP experience (SAP preferred) or ability to learn
  • Advanced Excel and analytical skills
  • Experience in metals or manufacturing strongly preferred
