  • Salary: $75,168 - $93,960 plus annual target bonus

Position Responsibilities: 

  • The Manufacturing Supervisor ensures equipment is in working order and that working conditions are safe at all times

  • You will manage the overall package and product quality, ensuring standards and specifications are maintained is performed by the Manufacturing Supervisor

  • The Manufacturing Supervisor is responsible for the production process, making periodic checks and adjusts equipment or work practices 

  • As the Manufacturing Supervisor, you will be responsible for staffing, training, and developing the members of the team

  • Additionally, you will need to adhere within labor and OPEX budget

  • Other duties as assigned 

Required Education and Experience: 

  • Bachelor's Degree with 2 plus years of related experience or 0 to 1 plus years of supervisory experience or High School Diploma/General Education Degree with 5 plus years of specific experience and 2 plus years of related supervisory experience  

Preferred Education and Experience: 

  • Master’s Degree
