Role Description

The Production Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Cincinnati, OH. This position oversees daily production activities on the manufacturing floor, ensuring that paper tubes and cores are produced safely, efficiently, and in accordance with quality standards. The supervisor coordinates and monitors production schedules, assigns tasks, and supports team members to maintain workflow and meet output targets. Responsibilities include tracking performance metrics, resolving production issues, enforcing safety protocols, and communicating priorities and expectations to the team. The Production Supervisor also collaborates with management, maintenance, and quality control to improve processes, reduce downtime, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
