What You Will Be Doing


As the TacIRST Development Program Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the cost, schedule, and technical performance of the TacIRST development programs, driving tech maturity risk reduction, and supporting engineering and manufacturing development initiatives.


Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:



  • Manage cost, schedule, and technical performance of critical programs.

  • Negotiate contracts and contract modifications.

  • Prepare proposals, work statements, operating budgets, and financial terms.

  • Serve as primary customer contact and lead program review sessions.

  • Coordinate crossfunctional teams to ensure successful program execution.
