Our Global Sales and Services organization is actively recruiting sales professionals early in their careers looking to challenge their sales skills as well as offering a rewarding career! We are looking for proven leaders with entrepreneurial spirits and a CEO mentality. The 12-month Sales Origins development program will not only enhance your technology sales skills but introduce you to the power of our Digital Enterprise software portfolio. Located in our St. Louis, MO office, our greater sales support team will provide an 8-week enablement ranging from our go-to-market sales strategies to a hands-on software portfolio experience. Upon completion of a Group Presentation, the associates will then learn more about our sales processes and solutions while participating in several LIVE customer experiences. These will include rotations through our Business Development and Inside Sales teams. Following the Origins program, sales associates will be assigned their first sales roles which include several sales and sales support roles as they jumpstart their career in our large, supportive sales organization.
Sales Account Orchestrator 1 Responsibilities:
  • Understand the Digital Enterprise software portfolio
  • Learn our go-to-market sales strategies
  • Understand and implement our sales methods in real sales opportunities
  • Properly qualify interest within different industries and product domains
  • Facilitate successful meeting plans
  • Present the Digital Enterprise value statements to customers
  • Establish enterprise account management strategies
  • Contribute to the response to customer requests
  • Network with the extended sales organization
  • Utilize the extended sales support teams

Requirements:
  • Recent university graduate with some business development or sales related B2B experience in the technology industry
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Finance & Marketing (Open to Engineering)
  • Authorization to work in the US without the need for current or future sponsorship by the company
  • Willing and able to relocate to St. Louis, MO for the Sales Origins development program for 8 weeks
  • Willing and able to relocate to Chicago, IL, Charlotte, NC, St. Louis, MO, Austin, TX, Cincinnati, OH or Detroit, MI after the Sales Origins development program for at least 12 months
  • Proficient in using CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
  • Proven sales methods and metrics
  • Demonstrated leadership skills in a technology/software sales process
  • Knowledge of engineering processes for product development and manufacturing
  • Knowledge in new technological advancements
  • Exceptional communication skills (Written/Verbal)
  • Appreciates collaborative, teamwork-based work style environment
  • Self-driven and self-motivated

The pay range for this position is $63,000 - $68,000 annually with a target incentive of 30% of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
