Job description

Manufacturing Analyst (Manufacturing with data analytics experience)

Location: Alameda, CA

JD:

  • 10+ years of Manufacturing Analyst (Manufacturing data analytics) experience in Life Sciences domain.  
  • Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and IT stakeholders to map end-to-end business processes (manufacturing data) and identify optimization opportunities.
  • Support data flow design, system integration across manufacturing /production systems.
  • Ensure solution design and implementation comply with regulatory, cybersecurity, and data integrity requirements (21 CFR Part 11, ISO 13485, GxP).  
  • Developing dashboards or reports based on data flowing out from Manufacturing & Supply Chain systems for supporting decision making
  • Experience with data visualization and reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau).
  • Education: Professional MBA (PMBA) with a specialization in Manufacturing/Operations Management (business analysis expertise in manufacturing). Bachelor or Master’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
  • Strong knowledge of complete Manufacturing eco-systems (including their data flow) like MES, ERP, SAP systems
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities across multi-functional teams.
