Responsibilities:
  • Oversees prototype and serial tooling projects for North America.
  • Prepares monthly reporting on deferred tooling for VC USA and VC Toluca.
  • Forecasts tooling sales for North America.
  • Gather and maintain documentation for tooling projects.
  • Prepares customer documentation requirements to bill tooling into customer's portal.
  • Maintains Tooling Trackers for North America.
  • Works with launch managers, coordinators, and quality department to gather required documentation for billing to the customer.

Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or above.
  • 5 years' experience in the accounting field.
  • Experience with Dashboard RFQ systems / Customer and Supplier purchase orders / Prototrack Sample Order information / Serial tooling cost and sales information preferred.
