Description
The Quality Analyst III provides crucial support to the Quality department by ensuring products meet established quality standards throughout the manufacturing process. This role works closely with cross-functional teams to inspect molded and machined parts and maintain a safe, efficient, and organized work environment.
Pay Rate: $28.06 - $30.86 per hour
Schedule:
  • 1st Shift: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
  • 2nd Shift: Monday - Friday, 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM

Job Responsibilities
  • Perform inspections on molded and machined parts (receiving, in-process, and final)
  • Use precision measurement tools, including hand tools and CMMs
  • Read and interpret blueprints, GD&T, and customer specifications
  • Develop, troubleshoot, and run CMM and video measurement programs
  • Document inspection results, non-conformances, and first article inspections
  • Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 13485, and AS9100 standards
  • Identify and control non-conforming materials
  • Analyze and report quality data using basic statistical methods
  • Communicate findings with production teams and work independently

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in manufacturing, quality, or related field
  • Degree in a related field (Engineering, Quality), highly preferred
  • GD&T training and certification are required
  • ASQ Quality Inspector Certification required
  • Current ASME GDTP Y14.5 Certification, highly preferred
