Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Manual Test Engineer / QA Analyst with strong expertise in end-to-end testing, test planning, and quality assurance processes. The role focuses on ensuring software quality through comprehensive manual testing, defect tracking, and collaboration within Agile development teams. Some automation exposure is an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, organize, and implement comprehensive manual testing efforts
  • Develop detailed test plans, test data, and test cases
  • Execute test cases across multiple application components
  • Perform end-to-end test planning and execution
  • Conduct system analysis, assessment, and troubleshooting of applications
  • Identify, log, track, and retest defects using HP ALM and JIRA
  • Write and execute complex SQL queries and stored procedures for data validation
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Ensure adherence to quality assurance standards and testing best practices

Required Skills & Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in manual testing
  • Experience in test planning, execution, and defect management
  • Strong understanding of software testing concepts and QA methodologies
  • Hands-on experience with HP ALM and JIRA
  • Strong SQL skills including complex queries and stored procedures
