** This will be a dual store role - Subaru AND Kia!



We have an immediate opening for an energetic, enthusiastic and highly motivated automotive service professional to join our growing and dynamic team! Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience as a service manager required
  • High school diploma or higher education
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers in servicing, repairing and explaining each service needed
  • Understand customers - match requirements and concerns to various service options
  • Explain service being performed and keep customer informed and updated throughout the service of their vehicle
  • Hire and supervise all service department personnel, as well as monitor their performance in servicing customers
  • Craft goals and objectives for the department including an annual operating budget.
  • Maintain a high Customer Service Index (CSI) rating by handling customer complaints immediately and appropriately
  • Hire and supervise all service department personnel
  • Manage technician production
  • Hold department personnel accountable for performance
