We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Subaru Care Connect Liaison to lead and execute our customer upgrade and vehicle acquisition strategy. This role is responsible for managing and growing the dealership's Trade-Up Advantage program, driving customer retention, increasing vehicle sales, and sourcing high-quality pre-owned inventory through proactive customer outreach.
The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, highly organized, and experienced in automotive sales, customer engagement, and CRM-driven follow-up strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the dealership's Subaru Trade-Up Advantage program
  • Identify and engage current Subaru owners to present trade-up opportunities
  • Proactively contact customers via phone, text, and email to generate appointments
  • Analyze customer equity positions and ownership cycles to create upgrade opportunities
  • Coordinate with sales managers to structure competitive trade-in offers
  • Work closely with the service department to identify service lane opportunities
  • Maintain accurate and detailed CRM records of all customer interactions
  • Set, track, and achieve monthly performance goals and KPIs
  • Assist in training and mentoring team members on trade-up strategies
  • Drive both new vehicle sales and used inventory acquisition

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Previous automotive sales experience preferred (Subaru experience a plus)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to build rapport and close deals
  • Self-motivated with a high level of accountability
  • Experience with CRM systems and follow-up processes
  • Ability to manage multiple customer interactions and priorities
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in equity mining, BDC, or vehicle acquisition roles
  • Leadership or team management experience
