Are you a reliable, hands-on worker who enjoys variety in your day and takes pride in supporting a team? Our shed manufacturing company is expanding, and we’re looking for a motivated Operations Support General Laborer & Flag Car Driver to join us.


This role is perfect for someone who likes physical work, wants to learn new skills, and is excited about helping transport oversized loads safely. No flag car certification yet? No problem — we pay for your training and certification.


What You’ll Do
  • Assist with general labor tasks around the manufacturing yard and shop
  • Support production teams with materials handling, cleanup, and basic assembly tasks
  • Ensure safe transport by communicating with drivers and following state escort regulations
  • Provide operational support wherever needed to keep daily workflow running smoothly
  • Cut and build trusses for framers
