What You'll Be Doing

  • Serve as a connective layer across functions (product, finance, go-to-market, people) identifying gaps, resolving misalignment, and keeping critical initiatives on track
  • Lead and execute strategic projects end-to-end: scoping, structuring analysis, developing recommendations, and driving to decision and implementation
  • Build the analytical frameworks and quantitative models that inform the company's most important decisions
  • Prepare high-quality materials for executive, board, and investor audiences, distilling complex topics into clear, compelling narratives
  • Manage the operating cadence of the Chief of Staff function including leadership team rhythms, strategic planning cycles, and quarterly priorities
  • Take on special projects with urgency and ownership, often in ambiguous, fast-moving situations

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of professional experience, with a background in strategy consulting (top-tier firm), investment banking, or an internal strategy or operations role at a fast-growing company
  • Exceptional quantitative and analytical skills to translate data into decision-ready insight
  • Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel; able to build polished, executive-quality presentations and complex models
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills; comfortable interfacing directly with C-suite leadership
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional initiatives without formal authority and build trust across teams
  • Highly resourceful and self-directed; able to step into any part of the business and figure it out
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-intensity environment and comfort working in a small team
  • Willingness to operate at any altitude and take on whatever the business requires
  • Experience with early stage companies (preferred)
  • Advanced user of AI tools with practical experience deploying them to accelerate work and drive operational improvements (preferred)

What We Look For:

  • Demonstrated grit and resourcefulness. You find creative solutions, adapt quickly, and aren't afraid to roll up your sleeves in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Thoughtful and strategic thinker with the ability to anticipate needs, ask the right questions, and deliver insights that truly drive value.
  • Proven ability to collaborate across functions and roles, fostering open communication and shared ownership of outcomes.
  • Commitment to craftsmanship. You take pride in delivering high-quality work, paying attention to the small details while keeping the big picture in mind.
