About Salesforce
Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn't a buzzword - it's a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.
Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You're in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.
About the Role
Reporting to the Senior Director of Strategy & Operations, you will operate as a thinking partner and execution arm on the hardest, most ambiguous problems facing the Missionforce business. This is not a functional role with clearly defined swim lanes. Instead, you work alongside the Senior Director on whatever matters most - translating complexity, driving cross-functional workstreams, and building the materials that help leadership make decisions.
This role is an apprenticeship in executive problem-solving. You'll get exposure to the full range of challenges facing a high-growth government cloud business - commercial, technical, organizational - and build the judgment and versatility to operate at the next level.
What You'll Do
  • Own pieces of the hardest problems. When the Senior Director is working a complex, cross-functional issue, you take ownership of critical components - running analysis, coordinating stakeholders, drafting materials, and driving follow-through
  • Build executive-ready content. You translate messy, incomplete information into clear, structured slides and narratives that executives can quickly understand and act on
  • Develop solutions across functional boundaries. You work across Sales, Engineering, Finance, Product, Legal, and other teams to drive progress on initiatives that don't fit neatly into anyone's existing mandate
  • Stay current on the business. You proactively track what's happening across the organization - major deals, technical milestones, organizational changes - so you can spot connections and surface insights
  • Operate with increasing independence. Early on, you'll work closely with the Senior Director. Over time, you'll take on problems end-to-end.

What We're Looking For
  • 5-7 years in strategy consulting, investment banking, or corporate strategy. Demonstrated ability to learn quickly across very different contexts - you're comfortable getting up to speed on technical, financial, and organizational topics
  • Strong analytical and communication skills; ability to structure thinking clearly in writing and slides
  • High tolerance for ambiguity and comfort working on problems without a clear roadmap
  • Bias toward action and follow-through - you don't just identify problems, you drive them to resolution
  • Experience working with or presenting to senior executives preferred
