  • Generate actionable insights by analyzing system usage, vendor performance, and project outcomes; deliver reporting and recommendations to executive stakeholders
  • Design and implement workflow automations using tools like Claude to reduce manual work, improve speed, and ensure process consistency across teams
  • Serve as the point person for Expert Insights vendor partnerships, leading the end-to-end evaluation, testing, and onboarding of AI tools that enhance internal workflows
  • Own systems and workflows to streamline procurement, manage vendor contracts, and ensure timely renewals
  • Collaborate across teams (Product, Engineering, Legal, IT, Procurement, Accounting etc.) to surface requirements, align on shared goals, and support implementation of scalable solutions
  • Lead a team of two Associates

Who You Are:

  • 5+ years of experience in business operations, revenue operations, business systems, or a closely related function
  • Experience leading strategic, cross-functional projects end-to-end
  • Track record of owning third party relationships with vendors and consultants
  • Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets; comfortable working with SQL and data platforms like Snowflake
  • A systems thinker who's curious, process-oriented, and always looking for ways to improve how work gets done
  • Highly organized and accountable, with strong ownership of project execution, documentation, and communication
  • Analytical and structured in your approach to solving problems, with a knack for turning data into actionable insights
  • A clear, proactive communicator who can translate technical or operational details into accessible updates
  • Collaborative and adaptable, with a track record of building strong cross-functional relationships and working effectively through change

Total Cash Compensation Range: $155,250-$172,500 (Base: $135,000-$150,000 + 15% Bonus)
