  • Demonstrated experience building, implementing, and managing operational workflows across Corporate Systems and CRM/BI infrastructure (Salesforce and Tableau highly preferred).

  • Deal Desk & Commercial Governance Mastery: Proven track record managing complex contract frameworks, pricing matrices, fiscal approval cycles, and revenue tech stack transitions.

  • Exceptional ability to collaborate with and understand the distinct languages of technical, financial, and legal fields (Product, BI, FP&A, Accounting, and Legal).

  • Masterful communication skills with a proven capacity to influence without authority and guide highly complex stakeholders toward alignment.

Preferred Qualifications (The Plus Factors)
  • Annual Operating Plan (AOP) Ownership: Experience leading or playing a foundational role in orchestrating a company's Annual Operating Plan process across product and commercial divisions.

  • Compensation Architecture: Practical experience designing, modeling, and executing strategic variable compensation and performance-driven incentive structures.

  • Sales Operations Mastery: Experience managing Sales Operations frameworks, CRM metrics, and go-to-market pipelines.
