Partners with senior leaders across business, technology, data, and operations to align strategic priorities, accelerate modernization, enable continuous improvement, and drive sustainable enterprise value creation through innovative ways of working.

2. Identifies, designs, and implements advanced process and technology improvements to enhance operational workflows.
3. Collaborates with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to align business operations with technology strategies and organizational goals.
4. Monitors, analyses, and reports on key performance metrics to drive continuous operational improvements.
5. Ensures compliance with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and risk management standards.
6. Communicates operational status, risks, and strategic improvement plans to executive stakeholders.
7. Provides project leadership, mentorship, and development opportunities to team members and junior professionals.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent education, training, and work-related experience.
2. Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in business operations or related professional roles.

Preferred Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, technology, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
2. Demonstrated expertise in banking and fintech ecosystems, including digital banking, payments, lending, deposits, and emerging industry trends, with the ability to translate market innovation into business value.

3. Knowledge of modern technology architectures and AI-enabled operating models, including cloud-native platforms, APIs, event-driven design, intelligent automation, advanced analytics, and product-based delivery models.
