Serves as a senior business management leader who synthesizes complex information, connects insights across capabilities, and translates financial, workforce, operational, and technology inputs into clear, executive-ready recommendations. Leads accurate, thoughtful, and fully developed work that enables CIO-level decision-making, strengthens operating discipline, improves business outcomes, and supports continuous improvement. Collaborates with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to execute tactical goals while bringing strong technical fluency, analytical rigor, and solutioning capability to business operations.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

4. Collaborates with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to align business operations with technology strategies and organizational goals.
5. Monitors, analyses, and reports on performance metrics to drive continuous operational improvements.
6. Supports the development and executes on operational technology strategies and initiatives to support business objectives.
7. Identifies opportunities for integration of innovative solutions to improve business outcomes and operational effectiveness.
8. Ensures compliance with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and risk management standards.
9. Provides leadership, mentorship, and development opportunities to team members and/or lower-level managers.
10. Communicates operational status, risks, and strategic improvement plans to senior stakeholders and executive leadership.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications
