Description
We are seeking a strategic, operationally rigorous, and AI-forward Vice President of Business Operations and GTM strategy to lead and scale our business operations function across the go-to-market organization. This executive will serve as a key cross-functional partner to Sales, Finance, Marketing, Product, and Customer teams, driving operational excellence across the entire customer lifecycle and providing actionable strategic insights to the GTM teams.
The ideal candidate will architect scalable business systems, optimize revenue and customer workflows, and leverage AI and automation to improve productivity, forecasting accuracy, customer outcomes, and operational efficiency.
The VP of Business Operations will play a critical role in aligning go-to-market strategy, execution, analytics, systems, and operational excellence to accelerate growth while improving organizational scalability and optimizing customer experience.
What You Will Do
GTM Strategy & Business Operations
  • Partner with executive leadership to drive go-to-market strategy, operational scale, and business performance.
  • Optimize territory planning, customer segmentation, pricing strategy, and operational execution across the customer lifecycle.
  • Lead operating cadence processes including forecasting, pipeline governance, QBRs, capacity planning, and business performance reviews.
  • Establish and monitor key business KPIs across revenue performance, customer engagement, retention, operational efficiency, and productivity.
  • Drive alignment across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product, and customer-facing teams to ensure consistent execution and accountability.

AI Automation & Process Optimization
  • Lead the adoption of AI-driven operational capabilities across the go-to-market organization.
  • Identify and implement AI-powered solutions that improve forecasting, workflow automation, pipeline intelligence, customer insights, and executive reporting.
  • Drive operational AI initiatives that increase productivity, scalability, and decision quality across the business.
  • Build and optimize a modern business systems ecosystem that enables scale, operational efficiency, and data-driven execution.
  • Partner cross-functionally to modernize workflows, improve automation, and streamline operational processes.

Operational Excellence & Cross-Functional Leadership
  • Build scalable operational frameworks that improve sales productivity, forecasting accuracy, and customer outcomes.
  • Drive operational excellence across lead management, sales execution, onboarding, renewals, expansion, and customer engagement workflows.
  • Establish reporting, analytics, and data governance frameworks that improve visibility, reporting integrity, and decision-making.
  • Lead change management initiatives tied to systems, operational processes, AI adoption, and go-to-market evolution.
  • Build trusted relationships across executive leadership and develop a high-performing Business Operations organization focused on execution, accountability, and continuous improvement.

What You Will Bring
  • 12+ years of leadership experience in Business Operations, Revenue Operations, Strategy, or related functions within high-growth B2B SaaS environments.
  • Deep expertise in go-to-market operations, business systems, customer lifecycle management, operational scale, and scalable process design.
  • Proven track record leading operational transformation initiatives, including AI adoption, workflow automation, and data-driven process optimization.
  • Strong command of CRM and operational platforms, analytics tools, forecasting methodologies, and SaaS operating metrics.
  • Highly analytical with demonstrated success leveraging data to inform strategic decision-making, operational effectiveness, and organizational scale.
  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional influence skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and scale high-performing teams in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
  • Strong change management capabilities with the ability to operate effectively in ambiguity and build scalable infrastructure from the ground up.
  • Experience within B2B SaaS, fintech, payments, AP automation, procurement, or enterprise workflow technology environments preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
