Job Summary
The Manager, Revenue Cycle Transformation will support the execution of strategic initiatives across the revenue cycle by driving coordination, organization, and accountability across cross-functional teams. This role plays a key part in ensuring initiatives are structured, tracked, and progressing according to plan. 
This individual will serve as a central point of coordination for transformation efforts, helping to maintain visibility, manage timelines, and ensure consistent follow-through across all active workstreams. The role is highly collaborative and focused on execution discipline while partnering closely with leadership to drive results. 
This role works directly with executive leadership to drive execution of key priorities and ensure alignment across all revenue cycle initiatives. This role is essential to bringing structure, organization, and execution discipline to revenue cycle transformation efforts. By ensuring initiatives are coordinated effectively and progress is consistently tracked, the Manager will help accelerate results and enable scalable growth across the organization.
 

Initiative Tracking & Coordination 

  • Maintain a centralized tracker of all revenue cycle transformation initiatives 

  • Ensure all projects have defined owners, timelines, and next steps 

  • Monitor progress and proactively follow up on outstanding deliverables 

Meeting & Cadence Management 

  • Coordinate and facilitate weekly and monthly project meetings 

  • Prepare agendas, capture notes, and document action items 

  • Track and follow up on action items to ensure timely completion 

Cross-Functional Alignment 

  • Partner with operations, technology, and analytics teams to ensure alignment 

  • Serve as a coordination point between stakeholders 

  • Escalate risks, delays, or blockers to leadership 

Reporting & Visibility 

  • Prepare regular status reports and dashboards 

  • Highlight key risks, dependencies, and areas needing attention 

  • Support executive-level summaries and updates 

Process & Documentation Support 

  • Standardize templates and tracking tools 

  • Maintain organized project documentation 

  • Support implementation of structured program management processes 


Qualifications 

Education 

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field; relevant experience may substitute for formal education 

Knowledge/Skills 

  • 5–8+ years of revenue cycle experience with strong project/program management focus 

  • Experience driving operational transformation, process improvement, and system implementations 

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and cross-functional leadership skills 

  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives and ensure accountability across teams 

  • Excellent communication skills 

  • Strong follow-through and accountability mindset 

  • Proficiency in Excel and project tracking tools 


Preferred Qualifications 

  • Experience supporting cross-functional initiatives in healthcare or operations 

  • Exposure to revenue cycle processes (not required) 

  • Experience with tools like Asana, Monday.com, or Smartsheet 

Success Metrics (First 6–12 Months) 

  • Establish a centralized initiative tracking system 

  • Ensure consistent meeting cadence and follow-up 

  • Improve visibility into project status 

  • Reduce delays and improve completion timelines 

  • Strengthen cross-functional coordination
