About the Role:
As a Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Specialist, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our financial processes. Be part of a dedicated team that ensures our patients receive the best care while maintaining a streamlined revenue cycle.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee the entire revenue cycle process from patient registration to final payment.
  • Ensure accurate billing and coding for consultations and oral surgeries.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers to resolve billing discrepancies and improve processes.
  • Review and analyze claims to ensure compliance with regulations and policies.
  • Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding claims.
  • Provide excellent customer service to patients regarding their billing inquiries.
  • Generate financial reports to track the performance of the revenue cycle.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and changes in healthcare regulations.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in revenue cycle management or healthcare billing.
