Job description

Education Product Manager works closely with the Education team to ensure the efficiency of the processes in curriculum planning, content technical review, and course delivery methods.


Responsibilities

  • Develops plans, including project requirements in various functional areas (technical content, curriculum, design, learning materials...), timelines, and resources requirements needed to achieve project objectives (personnel, supporting educational materials, technical supports)

  • Manages projects according to plan, including monitoring, and communicating progress with other team's leaders to ensure the project is delivered on time. 

  • Schedules, conducts project meetings, trial, and official classes, communicates assignments and expectations to other team members.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree 

  • Experience in project management. Relevant coursework is a plus.

  • Excellent teamwork skills in cross-functional teams, as well as capable of working independently with minimal supervision and direction. 

  • Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve issues.

  • Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills.

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, G Suite, and Zoom.


Preferred qualifications

  • MBA or Master's Degree


Preferred time commitment: 7-10 hours per week
