Job description

The Senior Faculty Fellow for AI Curriculum and Teaching provides leadership in the design, development, implementation, and continuous improvement of GST curricula and courses, with a particular focus on artificial intelligence and related emerging technologies. The Fellow works closely with the Dean, program chairs, and faculty to create academically rigorous, market-relevant, and instructionally effective learning experiences that support GST's strategic goals and academic quality standards.The Fellow serves as a lead developer of new courses, specializations, certificates, continuing education, and degree concentrations, while also contributing to curriculum modernization across GST programs.The fellow teaches selected courses and advises on instructional quality and emerging trends in AI education. The Fellow also supports the development of new academic initiatives and curricular innovations that strengthen GST's competitive position and student outcomes.


Curriculum and Program Development

  • Design and develop new courses, certificates, specializations, and academic programs.
  • Revise and enhance existing curricula to ensure academic rigor, relevance, and alignment with workforce needs.
  • Develop learning outcomes, course sequences, assessments, and instructional materials.
  • Assist with academic proposals, program approvals, and curriculum review processes.

Teaching

  • Teach assigned courses.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality course materials and assessments.
  • Support continuous improvement of student learning and instructional effectiveness.

Academic Innovation

  • Identify opportunities for new academic offerings and curricular enhancements.
