Aspire Living & Learning is currently seeking amotivated and dedicated Residential Program Manager to oversee the day to day operations of a group home for adults with developmental disabilities, ensuring that all supported individuals are receiving appropriate clinical and medical services. The Residential Program Manager will mentor, develop and supervise shift supervisors and direct care staff, ensure adherence to all DDS,  funding agency, and state regulations, maintains and monitor staffing schedule, assist with writing clinical assessments and overseeing ISP assessments, and assume on-call responsibilities as required. The Residential Program Manager will also assist and instruct individuals in all aspects of their IP, administer medication when required, provide in-house and agency-contracted training and consultation services, adhere to budgetary guidelines, assist and instruct residents with daily living skills, behavioral and habilitative plans, medical, psychiatric and socio-emotional needs, and work with the People Team to plan and implement corrective action when necessary. 

Our ideal candidate: 

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Experience providing support to individuals with disabilities and challenging behaviors. 
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
  • Previous supervisory experience strongly preferred.
  • Basic Computer skills, experience using Therap a plus!
  • Empathy, enthusiasm, and a passion and dedication for helping others.
  • Valid Driver's License with at least 3 years of driving experience.
