Position Overview
Choreo Advisors is seeking a Manager, Partner Relationships to support and deepen strategic partnerships with accounting firms. This role is not a traditional sales position-instead, it is focused on delivering high-quality partner experience, ensuring commitments are met, and helping embed Choreo within partner firms.
The ideal candidate thrives in a relationship-driven, execution-focused environment and is motivated by enabling others' success through organization, preparation, and follow-through.
Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for CPA and accounting firm partners
  • Coordinate and deliver partner reporting, updates, and presentations
  • Support educational initiatives, including joint advisor/CPA sessions and events
  • Manage logistics and preparation to make partner engagement seamless for advisors
  • Track and manage partner interactions through CRM systems
  • Ensure consistent follow-through on commitments and action items
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to support partner needs

Success Metrics
  • Depth and quality of relationships with partner firms
  • Degree to which Choreo Advisors becomes embedded within partner organizations
  • Consistency and quality of execution across partner deliverables
  • Contribution to expanding formal CPA partnerships from approximately 5-6 to 25 over the next three years

Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree required; finance, business, or related field preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in relationship management, client service, or partnership support roles
  • Experience working with CPA firms, financial advisors, or within wealth management is highly preferred
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and presentation tools (e.g., PowerPoint)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
