Pizzeria Kitchen Manager — Near Algonquin, IL

Compensation: Up to $62,000 | Benefits Included | Full-Time


This pizzeria runs on speed, consistency, and good food — and we need a Kitchen Manager who can deliver all three, every shift.

You will oversee daily kitchen operations, lead prep and line execution, manage inventory and ordering, uphold cleanliness standards, and coach your team to perform under pressure. This is a hands-on role. You will be on the floor, setting the standard and keeping service moving.


What We're Looking For:

  • 4+ years of kitchen experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish strongly preferred)
  • Proven ability to lead and develop a kitchen team
  • Strong grasp of food safety, portioning, and cost control
  • Steady under pressure with high attention to detail
